How Do we Propose to Help Teachers?

We help you climb the mountain of Teacher's abuse by writing on your behalf reply like this:
Dear Supervisor: After reviewing my files and realizing how much discrepancy went under silence to justify the Developing Rating, I am addressing this letter which will show that despite malicious machination, the evidence won't let you keep in my files the unfair Developing Rating. After X years of perpetual and consistent battle, I know that I would end up being rated developing if not ineffective this year. However, I decided to stand for justice rather than the acceptance of being used as a puppet into administrative hands. Therefore, I will accept but challenge every unjust consequence thereto.
Besides, what illusion could I have when you never wrote my first scheduled and observed Formal Observation done on date X to replace the one made on date Y. After a post observation, you told me that some components could have been rated effective but instead, I ended up with a formal observation where I was rated developing. My sentence came fast and swift. No consideration! No rethinking!
How many other observations did you write and decide to let go under silence? You won't be able to count. Yet, I have record that we can share. Looking at the amount of omitted observations that I was subjected to this school year, I cannot stop wondering if the instruction was still the same in my case: 'When you go to Emile's class you see something good, do not write your observation…'. How could malfeasant motivation be otherwise for me? How could vindictive pursuit instruct you differently? My senses of ethics and professionalism condemned me some years ago when I took a stand against the daily acts of injustice perpetrated within the halls of your school and the persecution continues under your supervision. The verdict is unambiguous: Anything to rate this teacher developing if not ineffective. How could the machine of destruction spare me when the few developing ratings for some 'other teachers' could be reversed, eliminated and replaced by Ineffective Ratings from higher rank? The malpractice is truly suffocating in your school!
While my only crime was to foresee the outcome of this school's future and decided not to partake in any action that would lead to today’s consequence, I knew I would not be forgiven for standing up against unethical and unprofessional practices and I also knew the effort to prove me ineffective, incompetent would always pursue me. Counted as one of the 'other teachers' that have to be eliminated for speaking the truth and opposing to the division that has persisted for so long, I had no illusion. What modality to use at the end? Everything goes, everything is fine for as long as a verdict of ineffective or developing is achieved in the Emile’s case.
Rating, as defined and accepted for the use of the Danielson's framework, is not subjective and partisan as it is used under your supervision. Quite frankly, I don’t think I have to be an "administrator's friend", willing to spy on my colleagues to be rated highly effective. Such practice forfeited the use of the Danielson’s framework in any school and sure and certain, such practice will downgrade any school to an "OUT OF TIME' school. Danielson admonishes administrators against such practice in her book: The Handbook for Enhancing Professional Practice when she writes: “…The evaluation process must be done in a spirit of respect and professionalism. It can’t be, or appear to teachers to be, punitive or contributing to a “gotcha” environment.” Unfortunately, I was destined to fail despite such counseling.
Why do I believe that I was set up for failure since the beginning of the school year? The facts are as follow.....
